Delivery of our products is available exclusively within the United Kingdom. After successful payment confirmation, the order is officially registered and enters the preparation phase. The standard order processing time is approximately 1 to 3 working days. Once preparation is completed, the parcel is handed over to the assigned carrier for delivery. The estimated total delivery timeframe generally ranges from 7 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery destination and shipment volume during the relevant period. To ensure stable service quality and reliable delivery, we work with trusted carriers such as Seur, Royal Mail, and Packlink. Orders with a total value of 79.99 GBP or above qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of 8.99 GBP. 6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours following payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet begun and the parcel has not been transferred to the carrier. Once preparation has commenced or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the order, in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns And Exchanges

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
